Fill out the scorecard and answer each question carefully and honestly. If you answer “yes” give yourself one point. If you answer “no” or are in doubt, give yourself a 0 so that you can identify areas for improvement. Add the scores up at the end of each session. 

Focus on the session that is most important to you. Generally, that is the one you get the lowest score for.
